Which class is right for me?
All classes begin with breathing and mind focusing and end with a savasana and guided meditation, to release any tensions from the mind and body, so whichever class you choose you will leave feeling refreshed in body and mind.

Beginner
Tranquil Tuesday is our most basic level class, based around the classic Hatha techniques. This class is great for beginners or anyone who would like to go back to basics to refresh their technique.
Beginner - Intermediate
Motivation Monday is a Hatha Vinyasa based class which is aimed at a beginner - intermediate level. Great for anyone with a little yoga experience who'd like to expand their knowledge and continue their practice.
Intermediate - Advanced
Feel Good Friday is a more intermediate - advanced level class which is Ashtanga Vinyasa based. This class is focused on strengthening as well as stretching and is great for anyone with a little more yoga experience who'd like to continue building on their practice.
Relax and Release
Chill Out Tuesday and Candlelit Flow are more yin based classes which is mixed ability (as it’s all about relaxing and releasing so there are many stages for each posture). Great for anyone who needs a little bit of time out for the mind and the body.
